Our motto is “come as you are,” which is about more than the dress code for our meetups (which skews comfy casual btw).
“Come as You Are” is about everyone being able to show up and feel comfortable being themselves (even if they’re wrapped in so many layers of inner critics they question who that is).

Silent Inner Critics. Helping each member quiet their inner critics (like self-doubt, impostor syndrome, perfectionism etc) until they can silence them completely.
Community Support. We want to ensure each member feels a true sense of belonging as their full amazing introverted self.
Biz Foundations. Our goal is to make sure each member’s business rests on a solid foundation so it’s easier to grow.

SCBiz was founded by someone exactly like you, LB Brittingham. She’s an attorney, strategist, consultant, community builder, connector, and advisor.
She’s on a mission to help introverted founders / entrepreneurs / business owners whose self-doubt, self-sabotage rituals, impostor syndrome, perfectionism & other limiting beliefs and inner critics keep them from building their ideal business.
