What is the Expert Circle?
The Expert Circle is our network of business and mindset experts who understand what it’s like to build a business as an introvert while noisy inner critics lurk.
Our Expert Circle includes two groups:
1) Expert Circle Community Members
It’s like SCBiz, but exclusively for experts who help others run, grow, or scale businesses.
2) Referral Partners
We also have a trusted network of referral partners outside of the community, some of whom were also founding SCBiz members!
Why We Built the Expert Circle
The Obvious Reasons
Running, growing or scaling a business is scary, exciting, and overwhelming.
You need all the support you can get to realize your business’ full potential: a generous community, motivational groups and partners, education and discussion
AND an avenue for outsourcing what you don’t have the expertise, time or desire to do to people you can trust (ie the most obvious reason for the Expert Circle!)
Contrary to your introverted nature, you actually don’t have to do it all alone.
The Not So Obvious Reasons
Your business foundation needs work that your inner critics make it hard or impossible to do.
Sometimes silencing your inner critics means removing what triggers them. Website work triggering your perfectionism? Delegate it. Marketing activating your impostor syndrome? Get help. Bookkeeping making your eyes glaze over because your critics fear financial success? Hand it off.
You don’t have to fight through your critics to get work done. You can go around them. Our business experts can do the work that triggers your critics.
